Summer Strength & Conditioning for Teens / Young Adults

Summer is a great time to build speed and strength.   These small group training sessions you will teach you the basics of speed, strength and agility training. Exercises will focus on learning proper form and build on functional movement patterns that benefit anyone especially athletes.

Program details:

Session 2: August 6 - August 29

When: Mondays & Wednesdays
Ages 14 - 18 9:00 - 10:00 am
Ages 10 - 13 10:00 - 11:00 am
Open to Members & Non Members

Fees: $250 for 4-week session / 2 classes per week
