Last week I wrote about setting SMART goals.  As we enter a new season what better time to reassess, change and set some goals. At Cedardale we are committed to helping each member reach their desired goals, safely and efficiently. imgOur Wellness Coach Beverly Birnbach will email you an in-depth questionnaire. After you return the questionnaire, you will have a one-on-one appointment to discuss your personal information. She will gather your baseline fitness levels through our state of the art 3D Styku Scanner and FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Protocol. Beverly will work with you to establish a plan for success.


Cedardale offers many options to help you achieve your goals. Beverly will educate you on our customized Personal Training offerings, our extensive Group Exercise Classes, the Hoist Strength Circuit, the MyZone Heart Rate Monitoring System, and our Nutrition Department offerings.
