Recipe of the Month: Hummus Dip

This month’s recipe is a great one to bring to all of those summer parties. It’s also a great one to make on vacation. Super easy, light, and healthy! What I love about this recipe is it can be customized to your liking. I like to add cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes, but you can add whatever veggie you have hanging around. Dip with your favorite whole grain cracker or chip!
Easy Hummus Dip
1 16 oz. tub of hummus (I like garlic flavor, but use whatever flavor is your favorite)
⅔ cup diced cucumbers
⅔ cup diced tomatoes
⅔ cup diced peppers
½ cup feta
Spread the hummus in a shallow platter.
Top with the veggies and feta.
Serve with your favorite whole grain cracker or chip.
