Summer Youth Athletic Development Program

Our Summer Youth Athletic Development program focuses on performance training for young athletes. Training sessions will help your junior get faster, quicker, and stronger, as well as have more power and better endurance. It will also help prevent injuries and build confidence.

Each 1-hour session will include:

  • Warm-up
  • Movement training
  • Strength training
  • Conditioning
  • Cooldown

Sessions are open to male and female athletes of all sports and juniors looking to move more. Cedardale Coaching provides expert coaching and premium facilities.

Tracks offered:

FOUNDATION - Ages 9 - 13

Class Times:
Mon. + Wed. + Fri        3:30 - 4:30 pm
Tues. + Thurs.            10:00 - 11:00 am

 

FAST-TRACK - Ages 14 - 17

Class Times:
Mon. + Wed. + Fri           10:00 - 11:00 am
Tues. + Thurs.                   3:30 - 4:30 pm

10-Weeks                        June 22nd - August 28th* ( Get an extra week when you sign up for the 10-week session!)
5-Weeks                          June 22nd - July 24th**
