Adult Programming

Over goal is to show the lifelong health benefits of swimming and other aquatic related movements through a variety of programs and classes.. Water activity allows many people to keep moving and be active despite mobility and health issues.

Water Exercise Schedule

Hop into the pool with us! A variety of classes are offered throughout the week. This is our last week for classes at the Cedarland Aquatic Center. Please note the our Interim Class schedule which will run May 20th - May 31st with all classes at the main club indoor pool.  Our Summer Schedule will begin Monday, June 3rd with classes both indoors and outdoors at the main club.

Lap Swimming

Our indoor pools - lap and warm water - are available for lap swimming or water walking the same hours as the club.  There is a reservation system during the mornings hours. The remainder of the day will be first come, first serve. READ MORE for complete details.

This workout is designed to build your endurance and improve your stroke. Enjoy a different workout every visit. Held in our outdoor pool during summer months and at the Cedarland Aquatic Center during the indoor season. Same days and times.
