Adult Water Workouts

Adult Swim Workouts 

Stacy Roberts will direct a challenging workout for all Adult swimmers.  Different workouts will be created for each day to motivate you in the water.

The workouts will aim to:

  • Build up your endurance
  • Improve our stroke technique

This is a great way for you to vary your workouts by jumping in the pool!  Triathletes looking to improve your swimming - this is for you!  Must be able to swim at least 100 yards freestyle.  This class will be held in our outdoor pool during the summer session. 

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 - 9:00 am
Starting Sept 14th, 2021

Location: Cedardale Aquatic Center

Registration required starting 24 hours in advance.  Please register on the mobile app or member portal.
