30 Minute Guided Meditation Class

Meditation can heal the mind, body and spirit. It can remove stress, enhance decision making, improve sleep and enhance mindfulness. In this 30-minute session for anxiety release, Elyse will walk you through a guided meditation that will help you find a calm and peaceful state—one step at a time. This class will consist of a 5-minute introduction followed by a 20-minute guided meditation and ending with 5-10-minutes for closing remarks and Q&A. No prior meditation experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or any other props to create a relaxing meditation space.

 

March Meditation: Finding Peace in Uncertain Times-March 19, 2023

Within our current climate, meditation can be especially helpful to find the inner peace and wisdom to make sense of our uncertain world. In this 30-minute session, Elyse will walk you through a simple Tai Chi exercise (known as meditation in motion) and then follow with a seated guided meditation that will help you find a calm and peaceful state—one step at a time. By learning to let go we can rest in the stillness of the present moment. No prior meditation experience necessary.
