VIRTUAL BARRE

Barre classes mix elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training. Small controlled movements and isometric constractions are used to tone legs, arms, and abs. Sculpt your body like a dancer, improve your posture, and get stronger!

VIRTUAL BOOT CAMP

Build strength and endurance in this 60-minute class. Boot camp involves a series of circuits and intervals incorporating a variety of exercises to work your whole body. All levels welcome!

VIRTUAL HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a training technique that requires all out quick, intense bursts of exercise with periods of active recovery. This style of training keeps your heart rate up and is a great class to sprinkle in to your weekly routine.

OUTDOOR & VIRTUAL MUSCLE BURN

This workout will hit all the major muscles to improve strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility.

OUTDOOR & Virtual POund

Cardio jam session with a great beat is what POUND is all about! A very different (and fun), rhythmic and drum inspired class using lightly weighted sticks to work out to the beat of the music and make you forget that you are exercising!

OUTDOOR SPINNING

The ultimate low impact, high energy, calorie burning workout. If you’re a professional athlete or new to class, YOU control the speed and YOU control the intensity! Instructors will take you up and over hills, sprinting down straight aways and riding strong. New riders are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting to review proper safety and set up.

OUTDOOR SPIN & STRENGTH

Maximize results and time with this great combo. Half of the class will be spent on the bike for Spin. Half of the class will be off the bike for strength training. Bring a mat, towel, and full water bottle!

OUTDOOR &VIRTUAL YOGA

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to help improve health and happiness. Benefits include increased flexibility, improved respiration, circulatory health, balance and vitality. Enjoy the quiet time and the feel of your body as it moves through space. Enjoy feeling the length and strength of your muscles as you listen to your breath and discover a sense of calm. Practice Yoga ‘as needed’ or daily; both are beneficial to living well in an increasingly stressful world.

VIRTUAL ZUMBA

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. And you will have fun doing it!
