MYZONE March Challenge: Go Green!

Why:
The Green Zone (70 - 79% of Max Heart Rate) is a great place to train and learn that everything you do does not need to be high intensity (Yellow and Red Zones).  You feel like a 7 on a scale of 1 - 10.

How:
Aerobic steady state exercise allows you to workout longer.  Methods of exercise to get you into the Green Zone include any piece of cardio equipment, outdoor activities like walking, snowshoeing, resistance training and recreational activities like tennis and pickleball - all great ways to get your heart into the Green Zone.
