I became a fitness instructor in 2019 and I love teaching and encouraging people wherever they are on their fitness journey. I love a challenge - whether it's a fitness challenge (200 push ups a day for a month) or why isn't the furnace working? (I fixed it.) I hold certifications in group fitness (NASM) and TRX Suspension Training. I enjoy changing things up in my classes to keep things fun and fresh. I think fitness should be fun and I enjoy the group atmosphere of a class. I'm excited to be a part of the Cedardale community.
