Group Exercise Director
Sam has been a group exercise instructor for almost 10 years in the New England area. She started as a Spin Instructor in 2006 while she was a freshman at UCONN. She loved teaching so much she pursued several other certifications including AFAA and Kickboxing. She enjoys motivating and pushing her class members to achieve their strongest selves. In addition to teaching group exercise classes, Sam is also a registered dietitian and wellness coach at Cedardale. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors
