Wendy Madden is a Level 4 Certified Essentrics Instructor. She has an educational background in Therapeutic Recreation, raised four children, and is a Call Firefighter/EMT. She swims, cycles, runs, and has hiked all 48 four thousand footers in New Hampshire with her daughter. Active in athletics her whole life, she sees Essentrics as the balance needed to help stretch, strengthen, and prevent injury. “If I see you in class, I don’t care if you’re slow, fast, in shape, out of shape, thick or thin. If you’re in class, I’m rooting for you.”
