RESET: Body Fat Challenge
This 6-week challenge will strive to get you back on track to a healthy lifestyle in both your workouts and your nutrition. With guidance from Cedardale's Fitness Director Kelli Mokeler and Registered Dietitian Samanatha McCarthy and your determination we know you can get back on track.
