Adult Programming

Over goal is to show the lifelong health benefits of swimming and other aquatic related movements through a variety of programs and classes.. Water activity allows many people to keep moving and be active despite mobility and health issues.

Lap Swimming

Our indoor pools - lap and warm water - are available for lap swimming or water walking the same hours as the club.  There is a reservation system during the mornings hours. The remainder of the day will be first come, first serve. READ MORE for complete details.

Adult Swim Workouts

This workout is designed to build your endurance and improve your stroke. Enjoy a different workout every visit. Held in our outdoor pool during summer months and at the Cedarland Aquatic Center during the indoor season. Same days and times.
