Melissa graduated from Boston University with a degree in education. In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she is also certified as a Metabolic Typing Nutrition Advisor, a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and a Integrative Medicine Health Coach. Using her knowledge from these various advanced certifications, she brings a truly holistic approach to her health and fitness programs.

Melissa practices what she teaches, and she is very dedicated to leading a healthy lifestyle. She believes that a healthy exercise routine - complete with core conditioning, flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular training - is only a piece of your wellness puzzle.
