Responder Ready Training

This program helps First Responders meet the demands of their profession. Participants will improve their strength, power, conditioning, endurance and overall well-being. Programming specialized to First Responders will consist of a diverse range of functional training exercises, periodized to ensure continued improvement.

Program to include:

  • 2 Group Workouts per week
  • InBody Scans at beginning and end of program
  • 15-minute consult with a Cedardale Registered Dietitian
  • 4-Week meal plan that is realistic and manageable
  • 2 Complimentary post workout smoothies

Session Dates:
Session 1 May 20 - June 14
Session 2 June 17 - July 19th*
Session 3 July 22 - August 16th

*No classes July 4th week - July1st - 5th

Class Days/Times:
Tuesdays, Thursdays + Saturdays
7:00 - 8:00 am
Attend 2 per week

Fees:
$100 per session
$240 for all sessions
