Every Friday night starting Friday, Sept 6th at 5:30 pm we will feature a different instructor and a different class format.
Fresh Fitness Friday Schedule:
Sept 6th - Friday Night Flow Down with Cheryl
This class will be a blend of vinyasa flow with deep stretching, ending with restorative yoga.
Sept 13th - Barre to Bar with Paula D
Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. Small controlled movement and isometric contractions are used to tone legs, arms, and abs. Sculpt your body like a dancer, improve your posture and get stronger!
Sept 20th - Pump & Pedal with Sherri M
30 minutes of weights followed by 30 minutes of Spin
Sept 27th - BodyCOMBAT with Jen V
This is a high energy martial arts-inspired workout. You will learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.
Oct 4th - Friday Night Flow Down with Cheryl
This class will be a blend of vinyasa flow with deep stretching, ending with restorative yoga.
Oct 11th - POUND with Kate S
Cardio jam session with a great beat is what POUND is all about! A very different (and fun), rhythmic and drum inspired class using lightly weighted sticks to work out to the beat of the music and make you forget that you are exercising!
Oct 18th - Pilates with Paula D
Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
Oct 25th - BootCamp with Jim
Build strength and endurance. Boot camp involves a series of circuits and intervals incorporating a variety of exercises to work your whole body. All levels welcome.

Nov 8th - Learn to Arm Balance with Judy
Learn the proper alignment for your body to begin intermediate to advanced arm balances in yoga. This class will help you understand the importance of load balancing using core stability and isolation while focusing on alignment and strength. We will build into arm balances by warming up with chaturangas, shoulder, and core exercises. From there you will learn how to progress through different stages of arm balances to eventually reach peak poses with strength and confidence.
Nov 15th - Full Moon Yoga with Laura
A full moon gives yogis the opportunity to refresh, renew, rejuvenate and release any built up tension and stress. Practicing yoga during a full moon and aligning your energy with this lunar phase will allow you to feel grounded and fulfilled.
