Grief Healing Yoga Workshop
This 75 minute experience will focus on guided breathwork, gentle yoga, soul talk, and journaling, all in a confidential circle. To end, we will cocoon in a restorative yoga pose for rest, relaxation & integration. Hands on massage for grounding & extra care will complete our time together.
The workshop will be held by Caitlin McCann. As a grief massage therapist with over a decade of experience, Caitlin's approach to the body is both kind & intentional.
