RESET: Body Fat Challenge

Are you looking to revamp your nutrition and fitness routine? Struggling to lose that stubborn body fat? Then this is the perfect program for you! In this 6-week program, you will receive the nutrition and exercise support you need to target that body fat. Weekly group workouts led by one of our personal trainers will help give you guidance on how to properly strength train to boost your metabolism. In addition, our Registered Dietitians will be providing a 6-week meal plan, nutrition education, and support throughout the program. 

What's Included:

  • One Group Workout per week led by Cedardale Personal Trainer
  • 6-week meal plan and grocery lists, created by our Registered Dietitians
  • Body composition measurement at beginning and end of challenge
  • Weekly Nutrition and Fitness Challenges
  • Weekly tips and support on Fitness and Nutrition using the Healthie app
  • Access to group chat for support
  • MyZone Belt Rental, group challenge, and Support

Program Dates:      Monday, Nov 13th - Friday, Dec 22nd

Group Workout Times:  Tuesday, 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm - FULL

  Thursdays, 10am - 11am
