Program/Class Descriptions
Active Aging
ACTIVE AGING is a Functional fitness class with exercises designed to help seniors maintain strength, balance, and independence. Designed for every fitness level with modifications and adaptations. Flexibility training to increase joint range of motion. Balance exercises to improve gait and confidence. Resistance training to build lean muscle and increase bone density all to the beat of the music!
Aqua Fit
This is a high energy workout in the water that combines cardio intervals, core strengthening, and balance and flexibility for a full body workout.
BARRE BURN
Barre classes mix elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training. Small controlled movements and isometric contractions are used to tone legs, arms, and abs. Sculpt your body like a dancer, improve your posture, and get stronger!
BodyPUMP
A shortened version of a traditional BODYPUMP class. Work your full body in just 45 minutes.
BODYPUMP™
Strength training for your entire body. This class challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. You choose the weight and WE'LL inspire you to get the results you came for!
BOOT CAMP
Build strength and endurance in this 45-minute class. Boot camp involves a series of circuits and intervals incorporating a variety of exercises to work your whole body. All levels welcome!
Cardio Boxing
A high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components and cool down. All levels are welcome. An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance.
CHAIR YOGA
A gentle form of Yoga that can be done seated or standing next to the chair for support. Great for the individual who has limited abilities to stand for periods of time or has difficulties getting up and down from the floor. Please bring your own mat and blocks for class.
CORE & MORE
This class will focus on strengthening the core through a variety of exercises and stretches. Foam rolling for self myofascial release will also be incorporated. Foam rollers and other small equipment may be used.
ESSENTRICS
Essentrics is a unique, non-impact program that rebalances the body by stretching and strengthening all 650 muscles equally in every workout without weights or equipment. Essentrics draws from the strengthening principles in ballet to create long, lean muscles; the flowing and healing movements of tai chi to release chronic tension; and the neuromuscular techniques from physical therapy to increase flexibility and range of motion. It has many additional benefits, including; improved posture, increased energy, and relief from chronic aches and pains. An eclectic music playlist accompanies each workout , creating a fun, positive environment. You'll leave this class feeling more pliaable, energized, elongated and strong! Please bring water bottle, yoga mat, towel, and comfortable clothing.


Express Barre

30 min of High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a training technique that requires all out quick, intense bursts of exercise with periods of active recovery
Express Spin
30 minutes of The ultimate low impact, high energy, calorie burning workout. Instructors will take you up and over hills, sprinting down straight aways and riding strong
Functional Mobility
Functional Mobility Classes are stretching and mobility-based sessions that aim to improve functional capacity, help you recover better and prevent injury through static and dynamic stretches, foam rolling, and mobility exercises to help you improve your ability to move within your environment by addressing imbalances within your body.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a training technique that requires all out quick, intense bursts of exercise with periods of active recovery. This style of training keeps your heart rate up and is a great class to sprinkle in to your weekly routine.
KICK&CRUNCH
Punch, strike, and kick to the beat in a class that helps develop better balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance. Class will start with cardio kickboxing followed by a few minutes of core strengthening exercises.
Muscle Express
This 30-Minute express workout will hit all the major muscles to improve strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. A variety of equipment and exercise will be incorporated.
Muscle SHRED
This workout will hit all the major muscles to improve strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. A variety of equipment and exercise will be incorporated.
Pilates
A low impact workout meant to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and core strength.
POUND
Cardio jam session with a great beat is what POUND is all about! A very different (and fun), rhythmic and drum inspired class using lightly weighted sticks to work out to the beat of the music and make you forget that you are exercising!
POWER YOGA
Power classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Modifications are offered for beginner and advanced students.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
RESTORATIVE YOGA is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching which allows the muscles to deeply relax. Props like bolsters and blocks are used to support the body

SPINNING
The ultimate low impact, high energy, calorie burning workout. If you’re a professional athlete or new to class, YOU control the speed and YOU control the intensity! Instructors will take you up and over hills, sprinting down straight aways and riding strong.
STEP
Step back in time with this Classic Step class. Move your body while climbing, turning, tapping and getting your heart rate up to great music.
Step Interval
An interval class that mixes classic step aerobics with functional strength training for one incredible, calorie-burning workout!
TABATA
Push to your max for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata is an interval-style training class that incorporates a variety of functional exercises to work your full body in under 30 minutes. Improve athletic performance and burn calories all day long.
Tabata & Stretch
Push to your max for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata is an interval-style training class that incorporates a variety of functional exercises to work your full body in under 30 minutes. Improve athletic performance and burn calories all day long. This class also incorporates 15 minutes of stretch after your Tabata workout.
TRX CIRCUIT
Utilize the TRX suspension training straps in addition to Circuit training with weights, balls, jump ropes, etc. for a full body workout.
YOGA
Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to help improve health and happiness. Benefits include increased flexibility, improved respiration, circulatory health, balance and vitality. Enjoy the quiet time and the feel of your body as it moves through space. Enjoy feeling the length and strength of your muscles as you listen to your breath and discover a sense of calm. Practice Yoga ‘as needed’ or daily; both are beneficial to living well in an increasingly stressful world.
YogaChi Fusion
YogaChi Fusion combines Yoga with basic Tai Chi inspired postures. Each class is different and may include stretching, twisting, rhythmic dancing, breathing techniques, core strengthening and meditation. The class experience is designed to stretch, energize, and enhance your overall wellbeing. No previous experience in Tai Chi or Yoga is required, open to all levels.
ZUMBA
This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. And you will have fun doing it!
ZUMBA + POUND
The best of both worlds! Jam out with 30 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes of POUND in this fun class that you won't believe is a workout!
