Group Ex Fall Schedule

The Fall Group Ex Schedule is now available! Some highlights of our new schedule include:

  • 11 New Classes added, including more morning classes at new times. 
  • 3 New class formats: Yoga Sculpt, Pedal & Pump, and Core Combo - Click Here for Class Descriptions 
  • Prenatal Yoga is back on the schedule and has been modified to target both Prenatal and Postpartum Moms!
  • We now offer lunchtime classes Monday-Friday to break up your work day! 
  • Monthly intro classes and meditation classes are also back on the schedule.
