Force Team Training
FORCE Team training is designed to increase strength, endurance, confidence, and community through progressive and dynamic functional training classes. Maximize your 1 hour workout and develop camaraderie with both members and coaches in this safe and supportive environment.
Each FORCE class will consist of a warm-up, joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, core and total-body strength exercises as well as high intensity metabolic conditioning.
Classes are broken up into Performance Classes held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which are designed to build total-body and core strength as well as cardio. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday classes are Metabolic Conditioning Classes, designed to improve cardio and burn calories.
With FORCE Team training you will increase your strength, stamina, and energy levels while increasing your lean body mass. Come join our community of fitness driven members and see if this is the right training for you!

FORCE CLASS SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 5:30 am, 9:00 am, 12:00 noon and 5:30 pm
Friday 5:30 am, 9:00 am, 12:00 noon
Saturday 8:30 am
Mondays 5:00 - 5:30 pm
This class is limited to 5 FORCE members and will be used to review and teach progression of the Olympic lifts - Clean, Snatch and Jerk.Please sign up on the mobile app or member portal.
