Shane is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. He recently wrapped up his time at Merrimack College, a Division 1 institution in North Andover, MA. There he was the head strength coach for Football, Baseball, and Women’s Tennis teams.

Coming with a vast background in fitness Shane has worked with athletes and clients of all ages and capabilities.

Regardless of the athlete/client Shane works with he believes in creating a well rounded individualized training program where every aspect of the program is catered to the clients specific goals. Shane strives to be a jack of all trades in the realm of fitness and is ready to help you achieve whatever personal or competitive goals you have set!
