Lap Swimming & Adult Water Programs


Adult lap swimming (18+ years old) is available in our indoor pool the same hours as the club.  Due to Covid-19 we are limited to 1 swimmer per lane unless you are from the same household. Reserved lap lanes will be available as of November 1st at the following times:

Monday - Friday 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am
Saturday + Sunday 7am, 8 am, 9 am

Lanes will be on a first come, first serve basis at all other times.

Northeast Rehab has reserved times at the following days and times:
Tuesdays Lap Pool Lane 1 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Warm Pool 1 Lane 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Wednesdays Lap Pool Lane 1 8:00 - 9:00 am
Warm Pool 1 Lane 9:00 - 10:00 am
Thursdays Lap Pool Lane 1 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Warm Pool 1 Lane 5:30 - 6:30 pm


  • All lap swimming reservations are for 1 hour.
  • 1 reservation per day per member please.
  • Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after which if a swimmer has not checked-in with Reception the lane will become available. 
  • If you are interested in an available lane while at the club and have not reserved one please give your name to the Reception Desk so they can contact you if a lane opens up. 
  • Reservations begin 24 hours in advance.  
  • All other times lap lanes are on a first come, first serve basis.
  • The warm water pool is on a first come, first serve basis.

Adult Swim Workouts

This is a challenging workout class that aims to build endurance and improve stroke technique.  A different workout will be created for each day.  Participants must be able to swim 100 yards freestyle.  Limit to 12 swimmers.    Sign up on Portal or App starting 24 hours in advance. 

Monday  8:30 am - 9:30 am
Thursday 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Workouts held at the Cedarland Aquatic Center.  No workouts Dec 21st - 31st.


Water Aerobics

Cardio Splash - An intense water workout that involves the total body, cardio, toning and all the time abs.  Cardio Splash goes way beyond what you think is possible in the water. Sign up on Portal or App starting 24 hours in advance. 

Monday, Tuesday + Thursday 10:00 am - 11:00 am 

Aqua Express - A fun and motivating water workout that combines cardio intervals, core strengthening, balance and flexibility for a full body workout.

Wednesdays 10:00 am - 10:45 am (starting November 4th)

Chair Yoga - An adapted form of yoga that makes accessible to everyone.  Uses seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for support and balance.  Allows participants to modify according to their health, mobility, and current ability level.

Wednesdays 9:00 am - 9:40 am (starting November 4th)

All classes held at the Cedarland Aquatic Center.
