HYROX TEAM TRAINING - Functional Intensity & Race Endurance

6-Week Team Training Program for HYROX Competitions

Program Goals

  • Build race-ready endurance

  • Improve functional strength & power

  • Increase efficiency with HYROX-style movements

  • Develop mental grit & team camaraderie

Weekly Structure

  • 1× HYROX Team Training Class (Coach-Led) – 60 minutes

  • 2× Independent HYROX Workouts (30–45 minutes)

  • Optional: Weekly mileage or cardio goal (based on level)

Program Pricing/What’s Included

  • $179 for the 6-week program

  • 18 total workouts

  • InBody scan at beginning and end of program

HYROX Team Training Program Dates:  Saturdays, June 13th - July 25, 2026 (no class July 4th)
In Person Classes: Saturday mornings | 10:00-11:00 am
