6-Week Team Training Program for HYROX Competitions
Program Goals
Build race-ready endurance
Improve functional strength & power
Increase efficiency with HYROX-style movements
Develop mental grit & team camaraderie
Weekly Structure
1× HYROX Team Training Class (Coach-Led) – 60 minutes
2× Independent HYROX Workouts (30–45 minutes)
Optional: Weekly mileage or cardio goal (based on level)

18 total workouts
InBody scan at beginning and end of program
HYROX Team Training Program Dates: Saturdays, June 13th - July 25, 2026 (no class July 4th)
In Person Classes: Saturday mornings | 10:00-11:00 am
