Classes

 At Cedardale Health + Fitness, we believe that working out should be, not just productive, but also enjoyable and invigorating. That's why we are thrilled to offer over 90 classes a week, catering to every fitness level and interest. With a comprehensive range of strength, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), indoor cycling, mind-body options, and water exercise, our group exercise offerings are designed to elevate your fitness journey like never before.

Pregnancy and delivery can take a toll on your body.  In this new wellness program you will join other moms as you work on both your physical and mental health with your baby at your side.

Les Mills Virtual In Studio Classes

On-site and in-studios these virtual Les Mills classes are a perfect solution for those uncomfortable with large groups right now but want to move more than your living room allows. Taught by world reowned Les Mills instructors you can pick from BodyPUMP, BodyBalance, GRIT, BodyCOMBAT and RPM (cycling).  Classes run at various prescheduled times throughout the day or pick your own during an open slot.  Check out the schedules!
