The Fall Water Exercise Schedule has begun. A variety of classes are offered throughout the week. Please note the class location as classes are offered both at the main club and at our Cedarland Aquatic Center located just down the street at 888 Boston Road. Click the link below to view.
Water Exercise SchedulePregnancy and delivery can take a toll on your body. In this new wellness program you will join other moms as you work on both your physical and mental health with your baby at your side.

Pre and Postnatal Yoga is designed specifically for new and expecting moms. This type of yoga will focus on breathing, alignment and safe and effective poses you can continue to do through all stages of pregnancy and recovery from child birth. Classes offered every Thursday night.
