Classes

Cedardale will offer 70+ complimentary classes per week featuring your favorites like: Zumba, HIIT, Spinning, BodyPump, and Yoga. We are introducing new classes to the schedule as well like: Mat Pilates, BARRE, Eccentrics, HIIT & Run, and Stretching/Foam Rolling classes. Regardless of your fitness level, we have a class to fit your needs.

In addition, we will be offering virtual classes through Fitness on Demand. Fitness on Demand has hundreds of workouts that you can follow along with anytime the studio is open. Great way to fit instructor led classes into a busy schedule.
