Cedardale offers 85 complimentary classes per week featuring your favorites like: Zumba, HIIT, Spinning, BodyPump, and Yoga. We have introduced new classes to the schedule as well like: BARRE, Meditation, TRX Circuit, and QXT. Regardless of your fitness level, we have a class to fit your needs.

In addition, we offer virtual classes through Fitness on Demand. Fitness on Demand has hundreds of workouts that you can follow along with anytime the studio is open. Great way to fit instructor led classes into a busy schedule.  Fitness on Demand is available in the Cycling Studio and the Main Studio.

Meditation + QXT

Two new classes you definitely want to put on your "Group Ex To Do List" are the new 45-minute guided Meditation class and Qigong Cross Training (AKA: QXT) a modified fitness class based on Taoist yoga combined with internal martial arts movements. TRX Circuit Classes

Our main studio is equipped with several TRX straps to enhance your workout. This class will incorporate a variety of equipment including the straps to improve endurance, strength, and mobility. TRX circuit classes will be offered at the following times: Mondays - 5:30am Thursdays - 8:00am

Yoga Offerings

Our MindBody studio is to die for!  This is our home for a variety of yoga classes. In addition to our traditional yoga, we will also be offering Restorative, Chair, and Yin Yoga.

Tabata Classes

Experience a different style of H.I.I.T. training with Tabata. Tabata is 20 seconds of high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest in 4 minute blocks. A 30-minute class is all you need with this workout.

Tabata classes is offered on:
Thursdays - 6:00pm
Fridays - 7:00am

As of Monday, December 16th we are asking all Members to register for Group Exercise classes.  Based on Member feedback we feel this change will enhance the Member Experience as well as communication with regard to emergency situations with facilities, instructors and storms. Fitness On Demand

Fitness on Demand is now available!  Can't make one of the regularly scheduled classes? No problem. You can now pick from several hundred classes to do in our studios when you want! Classes available in cycling, yoga, dance, toning, and more! Fitness on Demand will be available in the Main Studio and the Cycling Studio.  Make your selection on the IPAD on the wall just outside each studio.

Meet our Group Ex Director Samantha McCarthy.  A Cedardale employee for over 5 years Sam teaches a variety of group exercise classes and has overseen the Group Ex program at our Cedardale Andover facility for the last two years.
