Over the course of the pandemic our Group Exercise offerings have expanded to accommodate the many needs of our members.  Cedardale now offers Group Ex classes in 3 different ways:

  • Live On-Site Cedardale Instructor led classes
  • Live Streamed Cedardale Instructor-Led Virtual Classes
  • In-Studio Virtual Classes by Les Mills

**Please remember to bring your own mat for classes. Mats will not be provided for personal use. 

Fall Prevention Program

One out of four older adults fall each year resulting in major, often long term injuries and billions of dollars in health costs. To help fight against this issue we are introducing a Fall Prevention Program geared towards helping active agers with balance and mobility issues along with managing the fear of falling. Program is open to Members and Non Members.

Les Mills Virtual In Studio Classes

On-site and in-studios these virtual Les Mills classes are a perfect solution for those uncomfortable with large groups right now but want to move more than your living room allows. Taught by world reowned Les Mills instructors you can pick from BodyPUMP, BodyFLOW, GRIT, BodyCOMBAT and RPM (cycling).  Classes run at various prescheduled times throughout the day or pick your own during an open slot.  Check out the schedules!

Meet our Group Ex Director Samantha McCarthy.  A Cedardale employee for over 8 years Sam teaches a variety of group exercise classes and brings great energy to every single one. New Class Waitlist Option

We are now able to offer a waitlist option for all group ex and group tennis and pickleball classes.  If a class is full you will be given the option to be placed on the waitlist.  If a spot opens up you will be notified by email that you have been automatically entered into the class.
